LDLC.com announces the acquisition of Rue du Commerce

LDLC.com, pioneer of e-commerce specializing in high-tech, has confirmed the signing of an acquisition protocol with Rue du Commerce, belonging to the Shopinvest Group. Following a favorable opinion from its social and economic committee and within the framework of exclusive discussions, this operation is subject to suspensive conditions, including approval by the competition authority.

The acquired business generated, for the year 2023, a business volume of around 100 million euros, including 70 million euros in turnover thanks in part to the Galerie Marchande, and involved a forty employees as of December 31, 2023. Finalization of the acquisition is planned for June 30, 2024 at the latest, from which time the LDLC Group will inform the market of the progress of this project.
