LDC: Details on share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2025

LDC has provided detailed information regarding its share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2025. LDC's share capital consists of 35,270,866 shares. In terms of voting rights, there are 60,726,137 gross rights and 60,080,976 net rights. These figures are provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

In accordance with Article 12 of LDC's Articles of Association, any person or entity acquiring 2% or a multiple thereof of the share capital must notify the company. This notification must be made by registered letter within 15 days of crossing the threshold. Failure to notify may result in the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned.
