LBPAM crosses the threshold in the capital of CATANA GROUP
On February 17, 2025, CATANA GROUP announced a threshold crossing. The management company LBPAM reported having crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital. Following a share sale on February 13, 2025, LBPAM now holds 4.98% of the capital and 3.93% of the voting rights of CATANA GROUP.
This transaction follows the management of funds by LBPAM, acting independently of its controlling entity LBP. The capital of CATANA GROUP is composed of 30,706,178 shares, representing 38,945,501 voting rights.
