LANSON-BCC: Status of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2025
The LANSON-BCC group, a public limited company with a capital of €135,088,300, has published its monthly report on voting rights and the number of shares. This approach complies with current legislation, in particular Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of June 30, 2025, LANSON-BCC had a total of 6,754,415 shares in its capital. Of these, 6,633,918 had single voting rights. In addition, 120,497 shares were held as treasury shares, also with single voting rights.
