Results and outlook after the Odiot Holding general meeting

The combined general meeting of Odiot Holding was held on February 4, 2025 in Paris under the chairmanship of Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat. Shareholder participation reached 83.92%. All resolutions proposed by the board of directors were adopted, including the approval of the accounts for 2022 and 2023, the update of the statutes, and the renewal of the directors' mandates.

Mr. Trutat revealed that significant work has been done to rectify the management of previous years, resulting in a deficit of €11.8 million in 2022. He expects increased growth in 2025, supported by strengthening equity and reducing debt. The aim is to restore Odiot's leading position in the luxury goldsmith sector.
