Knorr-Bremse Announces 13% Dividend Increase to €1.64 per Share

At the recent Annual General Meeting, Knorr-Bremse AG, a leader in braking systems and other rail and commercial vehicle systems, has declared a 13% increase in its dividend, amounting to €1.64 per share for the fiscal year 2023. This increase pushes the total dividend distribution to approximately €264 million, maintaining a payout ratio of 46% of the consolidated net income.

The shareholders approved all agenda items with significant majority, including the proposed dividend and a modified executive board remuneration system focusing more on profitability, earnings, and sustainability. Approximately 90% of the company's share capital was represented at the virtual meeting.
