Kidoz Inc. Engages Independent Trading Group for Market-Making Services
Kidoz Inc., a leading mobile AdTech developer, has announced its collaboration with Independent Trading Group (ITG) to provide market-making services. The agreement, effective from July 30, 2025, aims to improve the liquidity of Kidoz's common shares. ITG will operate in compliance with policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, CSE, and Cboe Canada, ensuring a stable trading environment by providing continuous buy and sell quotes.
The compensation for ITG's services is set at CAD$7,500 monthly. The agreement will renew automatically each month unless terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. Jason Williams, CEO of Kidoz, indicates that this move aligns with their goal of increasing investor interest and fostering company growth.
ITG, established in 1992, specializes in liquidity provision and market-making, aiming to enhance market structure and trading efficiency. This partnership is viewed as a strategic step for Kidoz, following its recent commencement of trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States.
