Kidoz Inc. Clarifies Competition Analysis in Recent Filing

Kidoz Inc., a Vancouver-based mobile AdTech developer, issued a clarification regarding outdated information in its recent third-quarter filing. The Management's Discussion and Analysis section incorrectly stated that SuperAwesome remained a major customer of Kidoz. This was inaccurate for both 2024 and 2025. While SuperAwesome had previously purchased over $3.3 million USD from Kidoz between 2021 and 2023, the two companies had minimal relations from January 2024 and ended their commercial agreement in June 2024.

Kidoz apologized for any confusion and emphasized the statement was unintentional. The company regards SuperAwesome highly and remains open to future collaborations to enhance safe advertising for young audiences. Kidoz is set to release its unaudited fourth-quarter 2024 financial results on February 27, 2025.
