EcoGraf's Breakthrough in SPG Specification and New Patent Approval

EcoGraf Limited has achieved a significant milestone by meeting high customer specifications for Spherical Graphite (SPG) and advancing its second HFfree® purification patent towards approval. This marks a breakthrough in developing environmentally superior battery anode materials. The achievement is supported by increased demand due to recent EU and US legislation promoting new supply chains.

This progress follows successful operations at EcoGraf's product qualification facility, demonstrating the HFfree technology's ability to deliver 99.99% carbon purity. The company has secured a second patent from IP Australia, covering broader applications for its HFfree purification technology across battery anode and high purity graphite products.

EcoGraf is actively engaging with potential clients across Europe, Asia, and North America. The company's strategy to expand purification facilities using its patented technology aims to cater to non-Chinese demand growth starting in 2027, leveraging graphite sourced from its Tanzania-based Epanko Project.
