Kholo Capital Invests R275 Million in DCC Holdings for Growth

Kholo Capital has announced a R275 million (US$17 million) mezzanine debt funding to DCC Holdings, a notable South African ICT distributor. This funding aims to refinance existing debts and bolster DCC's long-term growth strategy. With a solid presence across Southern Africa, DCC distributes products from leading global manufacturers like HP and Lenovo.

DCC, founded in 1988, has an extensive network serving the ICT market in Southern Africa. Kholo Capital's founding partner, Mokgome Mogoba, highlighted the potential of DCC's experienced team to leverage this investment for sustainable growth. Additionally, DCC's focus on youth employment and sustainable practices reflects its commitment to inclusive growth.

The collaboration, supported by Kleoss Capital, marks another strategic milestone for DCC’s expansion. The integration of Kholo Capital within DCC’s capital framework is seen as a positive step toward the future evolution of the business.
