Kering Reports Monthly Share and Voting Rights Update for May 2025

Kering, a leading luxury group, has released its monthly update on the total number of shares and voting rights as of May 15, 2025. This report is in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

The total number of shares stands at 123,420,778. In terms of voting rights, the company has reported a theoretical total of 176,687,042 voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 175,865,707. This disparity arises from treasury shares, which are held by the company and do not confer voting rights.
