The document contains, among other things, the annual financial report, the Board of Directors' management report, information on corporate governance, and proposals for the Combined General Meeting of May 6, 2025.
Upcoming periodic information includes the publication of the first quarter 2025 results on April 11, 2024 and the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 6, 2025.
