Kaufman & Broad Results for the First Nine Months of 2025

Kaufman & Broad SA has published its financial results for the first nine months of 2025. Total reservations reached €827.0 million, with the housing sector dominating (€826.9 million for 3,760 units). The company has recorded solid performance, despite an overall decline in the new housing market of more than 6%.

Total revenue was €744.7 million, of which €599.2 million came from the housing sector. Current operating profit amounted to €56.8 million, with a gross margin reaching €149.2 million. Net cash remained robust at €394.7 million, reinforcing the company's stable financial position.

The improvement in the land portfolio, with 34,474 lots, and an increasing ESG score illustrate Kaufman & Broad's positive momentum. Fitch Ratings confirms the "BBB-" rating, signaling a solid financial structure. The forecast for the year anticipates revenue growth of 5%.
