Katjes International Completes Acquisition of Graze from Unilever

Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG has announced the completion of its acquisition of the healthy snacking brand Graze from Unilever. The acquisition was finalized through Katjes' subsidiary, Future Snacks Ltd., acquiring 100% of Nature Delivered Ltd.'s shares. This transaction was initially agreed upon on December 1, 2025, and officially concluded on February 2, 2026, after meeting all necessary conditions, including the statutory TUPE employee consultation process.

Graze, a B Corp certified company since 2021, is recognized as a leading brand in the healthy snacking sector across the UK, with significant market presence. This acquisition is projected to generate approximately EUR 100 million in UK revenue for Katjes International this year. The inclusion of Graze into Katjes' portfolio aligns with its strategy to expand its presence in the healthy snack market.
