Katjes International Acquires Majority Stake in Bogner

Katjes International has successfully completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Willy Bogner GmbH. This strategic move, executed through Katjes Quiet Luxury GmbH, enhances the company's brand portfolio by expanding into the luxury goods sector. The acquisition was finalized on September 1, 2025, following the agreement signed a month earlier. The German Federal Cartel Office had previously granted antitrust clearance on August 8, 2025.

While Katjes International now holds the majority share, the Bogner family retains a 40% stake in the company. This partnership aligns with both parties' commitment to preserving the brand's heritage. With this step, Katjes International continues its strategy of investing in established consumer brands, promoting growth within the luxury market.
