Karsten Trippel Not Available for Further Term on PSI Supervisory Board
Berlin, July 25, 2024 - Contrary to original plans, Karsten Trippel, the current chairman of the Supervisory Board of PSI Software SE, will not be available for a further term. As a result, the Supervisory Board's proposed resolution to re-elect Mr. Trippel at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2024, will not be put to the vote.
The shareholder Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, holding just under 25% of shares, has differences with Mr. Trippel regarding the future direction of the Supervisory Board. This development does not affect the proposed resolutions for the election of other shareholder candidates, which will proceed as planned.
Mr. Trippel will continue his term and chairmanship until the end of the Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2024.
