The Austrian company has divested its majority shareholding and relinquished control, holding now less than 50% of the shares. Despite this shift, Kapsch TrafficCom remains economically connected to the business's future success, thanks to a specific structure of the purchase price and agreements on future earnings.

As part of this change, Kapsch Telematic Services IOOO has been deconsolidated from the company's group and will no longer contribute to Kapsch TrafficCom's revenue stream.
