Kalray publishes total number of voting rights and shares
Grenoble, France - September 6, 2024 - Kalray (Euronext Growth Paris: ALKAL), a pioneer in intelligent processors, has announced the total number of voting rights and shares making up its capital.
As of August 31, 2024, the total number of shares stood at 8,839,573, including 62,068 new shares issued in August 2024 as part of the bond issue of July 11, 2024. The total number of theoretical voting rights was also 8,839,573, while the number of actual voting rights stood at 8,823,213.
It is important to note that 16,360 shares are treasury-held by Kalray as of this date. Furthermore, there is no clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold in addition to the legal thresholds in the company's articles of association.
