Kalray publishes its total number of voting rights and shares

On December 5, 2024, Kalray, rated ALKAL on Euronext Growth Paris, revealed the total number of voting rights and shares in its capital. As of November 30, 2024, the company had 10,775,595 shares and an equal number of theoretical voting rights. The number of actual voting rights amounts to 10,757,728.

The calculation of voting rights follows the AMF guidelines, taking into account all shares, including those without voting rights. Kalray does not have a statutory obligation to declare the crossing of thresholds in addition to the legal thresholds. As of November 30, 2024, the company held 17,867 shares in its own right.
