Kalray publishes its statement on the total number of voting rights and shares
Grenoble, August 12, 2024 – Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors (Euronext Growth Paris: ALKAL), has revealed the figures concerning its voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024. The company has a total of 8,777,505 shares, including 45,660 new shares issued in July 2024 as part of the July 11 bond issue.
The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 8,777,505, while the actual voting rights, taking into account the shares deprived of voting rights, reach 8,765,166. Kalray owns 12,339 treasury shares and does not provide for an additional clause for threshold crossings in its articles of association.
This information is published in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
