Kalray considers the sale of its Data Acceleration branch
On January 2, 2025, Kalray announced that it had received a letter of intent for the acquisition of its "Data Acceleration Platform" branch. This project, including the Ngenea product, is currently in the financial and legal verification phase. The final signing of the contracts is scheduled for mid-February 2025, subject to final agreement.
Kalray emphasizes that the completion of the transaction is not guaranteed. If it is completed in early 2025, the financial outlook until March 1, 2025 would potentially remain unchanged. However, this sale will not be enough to achieve the profitability expected for the end of 2025. The company is therefore considering other sales to adjust to its current financial situation.
Kalray will continue to inform the market on the progress of the planned transactions.
