2025 Results: Growth and Transformation for Kaleon SPA
In 2025, Kaleon SPA recorded significant revenue growth, reaching €23.2 million, an increase of 6.8% compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA also climbed by 10.7%, reaching €6.1 million, with a margin of 26.3%.
This year was marked by the successful dual listing on Euronext Growth in Milan and Paris, thereby increasing Kaleon's international visibility. Furthermore, the reopening of the Castelli di Cannero after ten years of restoration has enriched their portfolio of exceptional tourist sites.
Despite exceptional costs related to the IPO, net income remained at €1.6 million. The company plans to continue its growth in 2026 by integrating new cultural sites.
