Kaas Wilson Architects Expands Into Southwestern U.S. With Office in Phoenix, Arizona

Kaas Wilson Architects, a national multi-family housing architecture firm founded in Minneapolis, MN, announced the opening of a new office in Phoenix, Arizona. This expansion aims to serve the southern and western U.S. regions.

CEO and Partner Petro Megits highlighted the firm’s strong relationships with developers and contractors as key to this expansion. Megits, who has been with the company for 17 years, will lead the new office in Phoenix.

Co-founder Link Wilson emphasized that strategic partnerships and high-quality solutions were crucial in establishing new offices in the southeast and southwest regions. The firm has also established an office in Charlotte, NC, in June 2023.

Collin Kaas, co-founder, expressed pride in the firm's design portfolio in the southwest. Lori A. Knudson, Director of Architecture-Southwest Region, mentioned that the Phoenix team is already managing 18 projects in Arizona.

Kaas Wilson Architects offers master planning, interior design, sustainability consulting, and contract administration for various multi-family housing clients. The firm, founded in 2007, has nearly 90 employees and is currently working on over 200 projects across 18 states.
