JPMorgan ETFs Announces Liquidation of Green Bond ETF

JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV has announced the liquidation of its Green Social Sustainable Bond Active UCITS ETF effective from 29 May 2026. Shareholders holding shares in this sub-fund will see it liquidated, with securities transaction costs as the only expense charged to the fund. Other costs will be covered by the management company.

Ahead of the liquidation date, the ETF will begin liquidating its holdings to ensure an orderly process. For distributing share classes, a final dividend distribution is scheduled for 8 May 2026.
