Joachim Kreuzburg Steps Down as CEO of Sartorius AG After Two Decades
After more than 20 years at the helm of Sartorius AG, CEO Dr. Joachim Kreuzburg has decided not to seek another term. He will fulfill his current contract, which extends until November 2025, before stepping down to focus on his personal long-term plans.
The Supervisory Board of Sartorius AG expressed its regret over Kreuzburg's decision and acknowledged his substantial contributions. Under his leadership since 2003, the company's value has increased by approximately 180 times.
Kreuzburg has no plans to assume another executive role elsewhere. Sartorius AG will soon start the process of finding his successor.
