JM Capital II Announces Termination of LOI
Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 18, 2024 / JM Capital II Corp. (TSX VENTURE:JCI.H), has announced the termination of its previously disclosed letter of intent with Wheeler Resources Inc. The termination is in accordance with the terms outlined in the LOI.
The proposed qualifying transaction between the two companies will not proceed. This decision follows the company's press release dated January 30, 2024.
JM Capital II Corp. will continue to seek other acquisition opportunities. The goal remains to complete a Qualifying Transaction in line with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
Trading of JM Capital's common shares was halted on January 30, 2024, pending the LOI's announcement. Shares will resume trading post completion of the TSXV's resumption review.
