JDC Group Reports Over 25% Growth, Expands Management Board

JDC Group AG has announced impressive growth for the first half of 2024. The company's turnover has increased by 25.4% to EUR 106.1 million. In the second quarter alone, turnover rose by 29.4% to EUR 52.8 million. The Advisortech division saw a 30.9% increase in the second quarter, while the Advisory division grew by 27.4% year-on-year.

EBITDA for the second quarter surged by 48.7% to EUR 2.8 million, with a 35.6% growth in the first half to EUR 6.9 million. EBIT more than doubled to EUR 1.3 million in the second quarter, reaching EUR 3.8 million for the first half of the year. Consolidated net income increased by 70.5% to EUR 2.8 million.

In response to its dynamic growth, JDC Group has appointed Dr. Ramona Evens as Chief Operating Officer, effective from 1 September 2024. Dr. Evens, a former Managing Director at Check24, brings extensive experience in sales and digital processes to the team.
