JCDECAUX SE: Crossing of capital threshold

On August 14, 2025, the JCDECAUX SE shareholders' concert crossed the threshold of two-thirds of the company's capital. This concert includes JCDecaux Holding SAS, Holding des Dhuits, as well as Mr. Jean-Charles Decaux, Mr. Jean-François Decaux, Mr. Jean-Sébastien Decaux and Ms. Danielle Decaux. Together, they now hold 67.11% of the capital and 66.63% of the voting rights of JCDECAUX SE.

This development is the result of JCDECAUX SE acquiring 873,491 of its own shares through its share buyback program. JCDecaux Holding SAS holds the majority stake with 65.44% of the capital, confirming the Decaux family's strong influence over the company.
