Jacquet Metals SA: Transactions on own shares
Jacquet Metals SA recently completed several transactions under its share buyback program. This program was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28, 2024. The transactions took place between January 15 and 21, 2025.
During this period, the company repurchased a total of 67,780 ordinary shares. The weighted average unit price of the transactions was EUR 16.3844, for a total amount of EUR 1,110,532.95. The main objectives of these repurchases included the cancellation of shares and the allocation of shares to employees.
All transactions were carried out on Euronext. No transactions were carried out on 21 January 2025. The buyback programme is detailed on the website of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
