Jacquet Metal Service: Declaration of transactions on own shares

Jacquet Metal Service has communicated on its share buyback program adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28, 2024. The report covers the period from August 7 to August 13, 2024.

During this period, the company acquired a total of 220,538 ordinary shares. The average unit price of the transactions was €14.7579. The total amount of the transactions amounts to €3,254,683.83.

The repurchased shares will be held for later delivery in payment or exchange. All transactions were carried out on the Euronext market.
