IVU Traffic Technologies AG Appoints Petra Meiser as CFO

On November 21, 2025, IVU Traffic Technologies AG announced the appointment of Petra Meiser as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of its Executive Board, effective April 1, 2026. This decision was made by the company's Supervisory Board and fills a key position within the organization.

Petra Meiser, aged 47, brings extensive experience in finance and management. Her career began at DaimlerChrysler AG, progressing to significant roles including Global Head of Corporate M&A at Daimler AG and CFO at Here Technologies. More recently, she served as an Equity Partner at EY Parthenon.

In her role at IVU, Meiser will oversee finance, legal affairs, and compliance, fostering relationships with national and international investors. She joins CEO Martin Müller-Elschner and COO Leon Struijk to complete the Executive Board team.
