IVU Traffic Technologies AG Announces Executive Board Changes
On October 9, 2024, IVU Traffic Technologies AG announced a significant change in its Executive Board effective November 1, 2024. Matthias Rust will be stepping down from his role at the end of October by mutual agreement. Rust's tenure with IVU spans over three decades, having joined in 1993 and serving on the Executive Board since 2016.
Bert Meerstadt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, acknowledged Rust’s contributions. He highlighted Rust's impact in transforming IVU into a successful international software entity employing over 1,000 people. The company expressed gratitude for Rust’s dedication and wished him well.
Post Rust's departure, the Executive Board will comprise two members. Leon Struijk is set to assume responsibilities as COO, joining Martin Müller-Elschner, CEO and CFO, to lead the company forward.
