Ivanhoe Electric Secures 100% Ownership of Mineral Rights at Santa Cruz Copper Project
PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2024 / Ivanhoe Electric Inc. ("IE") has concluded a critical phase in its expansion by acquiring full ownership of the mineral rights at the Santa Cruz Copper Project in Arizona. The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mesa Cobre Holding Corporation, finalized a US$10 million payment to secure this deal. Consequently, IE now holds full mineral and surface rights for this valuable project.
