Audius Expands into Swiss Market with Acquisition of Ergonomics

audius SE has announced the acquisition of Zurich-based Ergonomics AG, a move that bolsters its software development capabilities in electronic payment transactions, banking, and IT security. This strategic purchase enhances audius' presence in the Swiss market and supports its ongoing international expansion. Ergonomics, since 1991, has been a key provider of customized software solutions, particularly in financial institutions and public administration sectors.

The acquisition is expected to generate significant growth synergies, with Ergonomics forecasting profitable sales in the mid-single-digit million euro range for the current year. The transaction, finalized with the payment scheduled for July 2025, will allow Ergonomics to introduce its offerings to the German market. Though the purchase price remains undisclosed, both companies anticipate mutual growth from their combined resources.
