Irving Resources Announces New CFO Appointment

Irving Resources Inc., a junior exploration company based in Vancouver, has announced a change in its executive team. Queenie Kuang has become the new chief financial officer and corporate secretary, taking over from Ronan Sabo-Walsh. The firm expressed its gratitude to Mr. Sabo-Walsh for his contributions over the past years.

With over 17 years of experience, Ms. Kuang is a seasoned financial expert. Her background in investment banking, particularly in IPOs, reverse takeovers, and mergers and acquisitions, makes her a strong fit for the role. She has been involved in financial reporting and governance for Canadian-listed companies and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Ms. Kuang's expertise is expected to play a significant role in Irving's focus on gold exploration in Japan. As part of her duties, she will oversee financial operations and corporate governance for the company.
