Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Director Share Transactions

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has disclosed transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation).

Chief Executive Officer Eddie Byrne has been granted a conditional award of 642,921 ordinary shares of €0.10 each. These shares, priced at €0.9974 per share, are part of the company's 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan. The vesting of these shares is dependent on the attainment of certain performance metrics over three years, till year-end 2026.

Additionally, Chief Financial Officer Brian Fagan has been awarded 380,990 ordinary shares of €0.10 each, also subject to the same vesting conditions and price. Both transactions took place on May 28, 2024, at Euronext Dublin.
