IONOS Reports Strong 2024 Results and Sets 2025 Guidance

IONOS Group SE, a prominent player in web services, recorded a noteworthy financial performance for the year 2024. The company added 160,000 customers, raising the total to 6.32 million. Revenue grew by 9.6% to €1,560.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA saw a 15.9% increase, reaching €452.2 million. The EBITDA margin rose to 29% from 27.4% in 2023.

The "Digital Solutions & Cloud" segment saw an 11.6% rise in revenue, totaling €1,248.1 million, and a 20.7% lift in adjusted EBITDA to €410.3 million. However, the "AdTech" segment experienced modest revenue growth of 2.4% to €312.2 million, accompanied by a 16.9% drop in adjusted EBITDA due to a product transition.

Looking forward, IONOS anticipates a 12.8% increase in adjusted EBITDA for 2025, targeting approximately €510 million. The company also expects an 8% revenue growth in its core business, aiming for a 35% EBITDA margin.
