Investis Enhances Financial Strength with PHM Stake Sale
Investis Holding SA has announced the successful sale of 73% of its stake in PHM Group TopCo Oy. The transaction, valued at CHF 47 million, contributes a financial gain of CHF 11 million to the company. This development is expected to improve Investis' net profit for the 2025 financial year. The sale is part of a strategic divestment in the Real Estate Services sector, initially acquired in June 2024.
Following the partial sale, Investis fortifies its equity position and achieves a reduction in its leverage ratio. The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio now stands below 29%, enhancing the company’s financial stability.
