JP Morgan falls below the 5% threshold at Inventiva

On November 24, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed below the 5% threshold of Inventiva's share capital and voting rights. The bank now holds, through its subsidiaries, 4.89% of the share capital and 4.58% of the voting rights of the French company. This reduction results from a decrease in shares held by way of assimilation.

JP Morgan Securities LLC alone owns 1,799,357 shares through third-party contracts, with immediate right of use. In addition, it controls another 4,048,840 shares through deposit receipts. JP Morgan Prime Inc. holds 2,150,014 shares through similar receipts. Finally, JP Morgan Securities plc has 1,497 and 700 Inventiva shares in its portfolio, obtained through similar arrangements.
