JP Morgan crosses threshold at INVENTIVA
On August 8, 2025, INVENTIVA announced that JP Morgan Chase & Co. had crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights. This crossing was formalized on August 4, 2025, with JP Morgan holding 8,082,874 shares, representing 5.81% of the share capital and 5.31% of the voting rights of INVENTIVA.
JP Morgan made this acquisition indirectly through its controlled entities: JP Morgan Prime Inc., JP Morgan Securities plc, and JP Morgan Securities LLC. This threshold breach resulted from an increase in shares held through assimilation.
The company stated that it holds shares through contracts allowing the use of the shares in question at any time.
