JP Morgan Chase & Co.'s reduced stake in INVENTIVA
On January 22, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed below the 5% threshold of voting rights in INVENTIVA, according to a statement received by mail on January 28, 2026. The American bank, through its subsidiaries, holds 9,651,689 shares, representing 5.02% of INVENTIVA's share capital and 4.66% of its voting rights. This crossing resulted from a decrease in the number of shares held by fungibility.
JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Prime Inc. hold shares through third-party share contracts and depositary receipts, which allow for flexible use. In addition, JP Morgan Securities plc holds equity swap contracts for 1,280,592 shares maturing between April 2026 and December 2032.
