Crossing of thresholds by Samsara BioCapital at INVENTIVA

On November 20, 2025, INVENTIVA announced that Samsara BioCapital GP LLC, manager of the Samsara BioCapital LP fund, had fallen below the 5% threshold in the company's share capital and voting rights. As of November 17, 2025, Samsara held 8,345,389 INVENTIVA shares, representing 4.37% of the share capital and 4.10% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing follows a capital increase by INVENTIVA. Samsara also holds 6,637,037 warrants to subscribe for new shares, exercisable until July 2027, and 4,324,894 pre-financed warrants. These rights allow the acquisition of a significant number of shares at a preferential price.
