Interactive Strength Inc. Appoints Caleb Morgret as CFO

Interactive Strength Inc. (NASDAQ:TRNR) has announced the appointment of Caleb Morgret as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 15, 2025. Morgret, who has spent over 20 years in finance, predominantly in Europe, will replace Michael Madigan, who steps down following the third-quarter earnings release on November 14.

Morgret's expertise, particularly his proficiency in German, has been instrumental in facilitating TRNR's pending acquisition of the Berlin-based company, Sportstech. Positioned in Europe, he will oversee this region, expected to be a major revenue driver, contributing significantly to the anticipated pro forma revenue of over $80 million in 2025.

Outgoing CFO Madigan played a crucial role in guiding TRNR through significant milestones, including an IPO and the acquisitions of CLMBR and Wattbike. His efforts have strengthened financial controls in anticipation of surpassing the $100 million revenue threshold.
