In a strategic move, Interactive Strength Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNR) has announced a binding agreement to acquire the indoor-performance-bike business, Wattbike. Founded in 2008, Wattbike is renowned for its use by elite athletes and boasts a robust presence in global markets such as the UK, US, and Germany. This acquisition aims to bolster TRNR's projected revenue to over $65 million by 2025.

The acquisition will enhance TRNR's portfolio, integrating Wattbike's established reputation for elite training with TRNR's existing distribution network. The transaction is expected to close by the second quarter of 2025, promising seamless synergy due to the companies' overlapping operational geographies and shared market goals.
