Inter Parfums: Monthly declaration of voting rights

Inter Parfums has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares making up its capital, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations. As of January 31, 2025, the share capital consisted of 76,116,227 shares. The gross total number of voting rights was 127,710,049, while the net total number, after excluding treasury shares, was 127,548,707.

Inter Parfums is a public limited company with capital of €228,348,681, registered under number 350 219 382. Its head office is located at 10 rue de Solférino in Paris. Its shares are listed on Euronext compartment A and are eligible for the SRD and PEA schemes.
