Innelec: Report of the General Meeting of September 18, 2024
The statutory and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, certified by the statutory auditors, were approved without modification by the Ordinary and Extraordinary Combined General Meeting of September 18, 2024.
The resolutions presented to the Meeting were all adopted. The General Meeting decided to allocate the company profit for the financial year, amounting to €950,464, to the legal reserve and the Retained Earnings account. No dividends will be distributed this year.

Upcoming financial dates include the publication of Q2 2024-25 revenue on November 13, 2024, and half-year 2024-25 results on December 11, 2024.
