Infosys Partners with Telenor Shared Services for HR Modernization

Infosys has announced its collaboration with Telenor Shared Services (TSS) to modernize HR operations using Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). This initiative aims to standardize HR processes and enhance employee productivity and experience.

The partnership will help TSS integrate HR, financial, supply chain, and project management on a single platform. This digital integration is expected to improve data quality, enable better decision-making, and strengthen interactions with partners, suppliers, and employees.

According to TSS CEO Morten Dean Dunham, the modernization is key to improving efficiencies and the employee experience. Yvette Cameron from Oracle highlighted the role of embedded AI and cloud technology in transforming business processes and maintaining a competitive edge.
