10th Belt and Road Summit to Focus on Future Collaboration
The 10th Belt and Road Summit will occur at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 10-11, 2025. This event marks a decade of achievements and seeks to foster new collaborative opportunities for governments and businesses involved in the Belt and Road Initiative (B&RI).
Co-organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Summit will gather over 90 high-level officials and business leaders. The event will feature sessions on signature projects, sustainable development, and opportunities for young business leaders.
Algernon Yau, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, emphasized Hong Kong's commitment to advancing the B&RI. Nicholas Ho, Commissioner for Belt and Road, highlighted Hong Kong's role as a 'super-connector' for B&RI projects, thanks to its financial position and talent pool.
