Information on the number of shares and voting rights of Fermentalg

Libourne, June 4, 2024 - Information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares of Fermentalg is available in accordance with articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF general regulations.

As of May 31, 2024, Fermentalg has 54,904,459 shares making up its share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 57,795,656. The exercisable number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is 57,691,239.

According to article 223-11 of the AMF general regulations, this calculation includes all shares with voting rights, including those deprived of voting rights.
