Important Correction of MBH Corporation Plc Concerning Its Administrative Situation

MBH Corporation Plc makes a significant correction to a previous announcement regarding its administrative status. Contrary to previous reports, the company will not be placed into administration immediately. It is organizing an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) for shareholders on Monday March 11, 2024 at 10 a.m. London time. The goal is to vote for the removal of the current board of directors.

The decision to place the company into administration was not unanimous among the directors. Some oppose this measure due to an available recovery plan and financing line, believing that it is not in the interest of creditors, shareholders or bondholders. With this redirection in mind, David Hunter, an experienced senior director, has just been appointed to the board as executive director.
